Dogwood Festival
The Pike County Dogwood Festival celebrates the "Legend of the Dogwood Tree" in beautiful and quaint Piketon, Ohio.
The festival takes place during the last full weekend in April while the Dogwood trees are in full bloom. We celebrate by promoting the history of the area while offering fellowship through our many different events such as Live Entertainment, 5K Run, Contests and much more.

Wings and Strings
The free music event along Main Street in Piketon is a public-private partnership between the Village of Piketon and the SamJam Bluegrass Festival.
Wings & Strings features a variety of music over the two days and includes the Budweiser Beer Garden, along with food and craft vendors.

Waverly Street Fest
An annual Waverly street festival for over 15 years!
Featuring live music, entertainment, local vendors, and a local food competition known as the Old Jailhouse Grand Taste.

Southern Ohio Farm Power of the Past Antique Tractor and Machinery Show
Showcasing all types of antique tractors, farm and construction equipment.
Hosted by the Southern Ohio Farm Power of the Past and the Pike County Agricultural Society, this festival welcomes everyone to come and enjoy demonstrations, tractor parades, tractor pulls, live music, vendors and more fun!

Elm Grove Days
Each June, entertainment, food, games and fun fill up the Elm Grove Fire House as part of the community’s annual Elm Grove Days celebration.
Proceeds from the Elm Grove Days celebration benefit the Elm Grove volunteer fire department, and help pay for the standard operating costs incurred.

Lake White Boat Parade
Celebrate Independence Day at Lake Whitee State Park!
The Boat Parade is sponsored by the SamJam Bluegrass Festival in partnership with the Lake White Marina and the Lake White Club who serves as the main viewing party and judging location.

Pike County Fair
For over 100 years on the first week of August, the Pike County Fair has been entertaining guests and visitors of all ages!
The fair is a staple of any local community, and Pike County is home to one of the best! Family friendly fun and activities, animal shows, rides, music, food booths, and more!

SamJam Bluegrass Festival
The SamJam Bluegrass Festival is a five-day event each year in the days leading up to Labor Day at the Pike County Fairgrounds in Piketon, Ohio.
The festival brings America’s best bluegrass talent, has been recognized for excellence by the International Bluegrass Music Association, and has a multi-million dollar economic impact each year on Pike County.

Beaver Oktoberfest
The Beaver Oktoberfest is held in the middle of Beaver, OH the first full weekend in October.
This is a free family-oriented festival full of events for those of all ages to enjoy. Some of the events included are Car Show, craft vendors, pumpkin decorating contest, corn hole tournament, kiddie tractor pulls, along with music entertainment throughout the weekend.

Horror at Dogwood Pass
Dogwood Pass is replica of an old west town old west set in the hills of southern Ohio. Walk through the gates and step back in time of the old west.
Every October the Old West Town of Dogwood Pass turns into a haunted town. The Horror at Dogwood Pass is open every Friday and Saturday in October each year.

Christmas at Dogwood Pass

Every December the old west town comes to light with Christmas lights and holiday cheer! Visit on weekends in December to join in on the holiday spirit!
Christmas at Dogwood Pass is featured in the Tourism Ohio Holiday Lights Trail with over 500,000 lights on display!

Winter Wonderland Festival
Pike County’s newest winter celebration, hosted by the Pike County Community Fund.
Christmas tree lighting, parade, Christmas carols, visit with Santa, carriage and wagon rides, plus much more holiday cheer!
